From the date of purchase, if approved, permits the Referral Agent to hang their SC real estate license with the Referral Brokerage for one year.  Agent must not perform or act as a real estate agent while license is hung with a Referral-only brokerage; this includes showings, open houses, contract negotiation, etc.  Agent is not protected by E&O insurance.
